Ratcliffe Confirmed to Intelligence Post, Creating Vacant Congressional Seat

Dallas-area Congressman John Ratcliffe will officially be leaving Congress, after the U.S. Senate confirmed his nomination by President Donald Trump to serve as the new Director of National Intelligence.
